XMR Monero (XMR) delisting

Regulatory pressure arises from forthcoming changes in the European Union’s crypto regulations. The Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) legislation, which takes effect in December, alongside new anti-money laundering (AML) rules, is compelling crypto service providers to reassess their support for privacy-centric coins.

Kriptomat will delist Monero (XMR) from its platform by the end of October. Buying and exchanging will be disabled starting today, but the sell option will remain available for the next 7 days, until October 29. After that, Monero (XMR) will be delisted, and any remaining user balances will be automatically converted to USDC by the end of October.

Our goal is to ensure a safe and secure trading experience for all.

Starting on 29.10.2024, Buy and Exchange actions for OOKI will be disabled. Users will still have the option to Sell their holdings until 04.11.2024.

If a balance remains in users’ wallets after 04.11.2024, it will be automatically converted to USDC in the following days, and the coin will be fully removed from our platform.

Token migration - CUDOS to FET

September's big news was the proposal for CUDOS to join the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance (ASI). The first step in that progress is a token migration from CUDOS to FET.

Kriptomat has suspended all actions for CUDOS while the token migration takes place. Vesting period: 3 months Announced Conversion rate: 1 FET = 118,344 CUDOS

After the vesting period ends, Kriptomat will automatically transfer the balance to FET for all users with CUDOS in their wallet, according to the conversion rate. After that, CUDOS will be delisted from the platform. No action is required from users in the application.
